1, polyester cotton

Literal understanding of cotton + polyester, the use of 65%-67% polyester and 33%-35% cotton yarn woven into textiles, commonly known as "dacron". Generally, there are two kinds of classification practices: blending and interweaving. The advantages are good wrinkle resistance and not easy to deform; The disadvantage is that it is easy to raise hair, and with two dyeing, the fabric feels hard. Feel soft and thick, washing is not easy to deformation, but the comfort of clothing is slightly worse than pure cotton. 65% cotton T-shirt fabric is OK, and 35% cotton is relatively poor, it is uncomfortable to wear, and it is easy to pilling.

2, cotton + Lycra (high quality spandex), also known as Lycra cotton

With drape and crease recovery, this is an elastic cotton fabric with spandex implanted during the weaving process. Feel good, relatively close-fitting, highlighting the figure, elastic, especially suitable for close-fitting clothing. In the past two years, it has been used in the custom of men's T-shirts. In general, when making T-shirt fabrics, fabrics with spandex can only be treated with light alkali low temperature mercerization. This kind of fabric is more suitable for close-fitting fashion style T-shirts, and the bone feeling will be worse. In particular, it should be noted that this fabric should be done with shrink resistant water treatment.

3. Mercerized cotton

Made of high woven yarn by worsted, mercerized cotton fabric with cotton as raw material. After special processing processes such as singing and mercerizing, it is made into bright, bright, soft and wrinkle resistant high quality mercerizing yarn. The high-quality T-shirt fabric made of this raw material not only completely preserves the excellent natural characteristics of raw cotton, but also has a silky luster, the fabric feels soft, absorbs moisture, and has good elasticity and sag; In addition, the color is rich, and the clothes are comfortable and casual, which fully reflects the temperament and taste of the wearer.
