3. The temperature of the room should be kept within a moderately warm range, not too hot or too cold. Avoid practicing yoga in direct sunlight.

4. A professional yoga mat or a large towel, non slip mat, etc.

5. Wear comfortable, spacious, or stretchy clothing to allow your body to move freely and avoid breathing or circulation restrictions.
